- Marinade minced chicken with all ingredients for at least 30 mins.
- Place all other ingredients (except eggs) in rice cooker. Fill up with mushroom dashi or water and set to cook.
- Half way through, stir in eggs. Let it cook for 10 mins again.
- Scoop tbsps of minced chicken to make meatballs. Place them onto an oiled microwaveable bowl. I use sesame oil. This prevents the meatballs from sticking to the bowl when itβs cooked. Then microwave on medium (700W) for 4 mins. I cooked this in 2 batches.
