  5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a nonstick 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat
  6. Cook cutlets, half at a time until brown on both sides, then remove
  7. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to drippings that remain in the skillet over medium high heat
  8. Cook onion until golden
  9. Add zucchini & cook, stirring occasionally until golden & tender-crisp.
  10. Stir in tomatoes, chicken bouillon, 1/2 cup water, chicken & basil.
  11. Simmer until cooked.
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
